Superior Position

Superior Position is when the audience knows something that a particular character does not. In the movie "Lets be Cops" we see superior position when one of the characters gets a girl and they are almost about to have sex. But the reason why he's about to get laid is because he is pretending to be a cop and at this moment the audience knows that he is not really a cop so this leads to the guy leaving. Superior Position in real life is when someone leaves a juice they bought for themselves in the fridge and someone sees somebody else drink the juice a couple moments later well yea thats superior position.

My film job

I think that the best job for me would be a Director because i like being in charge and calling the shots so i personally would like it if i get director but if not i would settle to be a Casting Director because i would like to have to work with actors and such. Also i would like to be a Casting Director because i would like to interview the actors and be able to see if they can fit the part they are supposed to play. At the very least i would like to be an Actor because i'm not shy of no camera so i would try my best.

Undeserved Misfortune

Undeserved Misfortune in a movie is when You get stabbed for trying to stand up for someone like in the movie kick ass. This nerdy kid tries to be a super hero and ends up almost dying, he gets beaten up so bad that he couldn't move.
 Misfortune in real life can be being in a short comma for trying to defend someone who was being abused or mistreated.
This can be made into a movie , suppose that short comma changes you entirely and then the character would go after the criminals who attacked him. He then works as a superhero and captures criminals and puts them in jail.

Conflict

The conflict in my favorite movie is the new kid gets into trouble a lot with the law due to racing so his mother forces him to move with  his dad. His dad lives in Tokyo, Japan then from there the next conflict was that he doesn't know how to drift and he pretty much destroyed a car. He then needs to pay back the owner of the car a lot of money, then that conflict leads to him beating DK which is the Drift King he needs to beat him in order to stay in Japan because DK's uncle is the mafia lord.

A conflict from real life could be from an injury maybe not being able to walk for a while and its his last football season of his high school career and he was supposed to get scouted by USC.

This can be and idea for a film which deals with sports and his future depends on his health. Maybe with a couple of more ideas it can translate into a film just with more emotion.

Review of the Elephant Man

David Lynch did a fantastic job in directing the Elephant Man he made it seem scary which kept me entertained at times. I also like the movie because its more than just a movie it allows you to infer threw out the movie on what it really is about. In all its kind of like taking a peek inside of David Lynch’s head because he gives us these images and noises in the movie that make us wonder what is the theme on the movie and there isn’t just one answer we can come up with plenty. It also gives us a secret message as in how humans are destroying are mother earth by creating these machines. In a way it also connects with religion it all depends on the audiences perspective which is the trippy part depending on who you are and what you have been thru you see things differently. I can tell David Lynch was pretty optimistic when he was directing this movie thinking about the audience and what they were going to think. 

My name is John Merrick

Hi I’m John Merrick today like every other day Mr. Bytes beat me silly. Whenever he gets drunk of that bottle he comes after me and takes out his anger on me and beats me. So as he’s beating me I can barely breath I guess he gets worried about me not being able to breath so he calls Dr. Frederick Treves to come and check me out. When Treves gets here he takes me with him oh how nice of a person he is to me he takes care of me . So the reason bytes gives Dr. Treves is that I fell which is a total lie he beats me every night, is he going to say I fall every night? Dr. Merrick gives me good service and treats me as a regular patient not like the other people do when they see me they look at me in horror I am not a monster I am a human. 

Welcome to My Nightmare.....

 Well there was this one time when I was ready to fall asleep already so I lay in my bed and before I know it I feel as if I am falling off a building but everything was pitch black. The crazy thing about this was that I could still hear I was able to hear my mother in her room watching the TV I also had my eyes half open so I was able to see a little of my bedroom ceiling.  So I feel as I am falling and I start totally freaking out but my body is totally paralyzed I couldn’t move a muscle this made me feel vulnerable. I tried screaming for help but no matter how loud I tried screaming there seemed to be no noise coming out of my mouth. At this point I was really freaked out because in my nightmare I felt as if any moment I was getting ready to hit the ground hard and explode. What ended up happening was that I calmed myself down stayed still and within a few moments I woke up. I got up went to my mothers room and tells me its been just a couple of minutes maybe around 7 minutes had gone by. 

Compassionate Science

I think Compassionate anything can change worlds, from your own little world to everyone’s world. Everyone is born equally but some people find in themselves a drive. A drive to achieve above and beyond using everything they’ve seen and experienced in life. I personally have a drive in me and I don’t know what it is but I’m often trailing success when I put everything I have into a problem. People with drives like Mike actually do something of their life and our constantly thinking of ways on how to change other people’s lives. It all starts with our very own schooling why isn’t there classes where we strive forward to solve a huge problem in our country versus a problem in a book? Why cant school actually prepare you for the real world and actually make you take classes on how to survive in life because life can get really difficult at times and instead of making us read off of textbooks why don’t they teach us some skills that will actually help us in surviving or making a change. In all there is many people with drives but its actually up to you to use and be triumphant. 

The future

            IN THE FUTURE in about 100 years I believe that the earth will be dying due to nuclear war. I think the poor would live in underground worlds and rich people would live on mars. Underground worlds would be like tunnels but deep inside the earth and it would be like a normal city with cars still being able to move and genetic vegetation would grow without the need of the sun. In mars the rich people wouldn’t have cars they’d have spaceships to take them where they want to go they would also be fueled by water and wouldn’t need gasoline or oil. Also the rich people would have pills they would take instead of eating a meal they would take a pill that would taste like whatever they want without all the calories of the meal making them perfectly fit. Also in mars they would be able to control the climate to whatever they want like a A/C except the citizens vote on the weather then they have it. 

One time i laughed really hard

A couple of months ago one of my aunts got married and the party was held in a studio in downtown in LA so the night is pretty cool everyones having fun and dancing. So I go to the balcony and on my way over there a catch a glimpse of a small puddle next to the dancefloor, I tell myself I should clean it because someones going to get hurt but soon I forgot about it. Then my uncle at this point has had more than a couple of beers but still doesn’t seem drunk so he’s dancing with my other uncles and he see’s my and my cousins so he comes over to us and starts talking to us for about 5 minutes talking about cars and such stuff that wasn’t really important. So when the conversation finishes between us and my uncle he tells us “Watch this” he then skips to the dance floor and starts skipping around everyone on the dance floor. He then notices that he finished his beer so he goes on his way to get another one when he slips on the puddle I was supposed to clean up and when he falls he slid a couple of feet trying to get back up. It was hilarious he looked like a cat on all fours sliding thru a slippery floor. After this me and my cousins would burst out laughing for a month just by remembering this incident at my aunts wedding.  

Thoughts on "Modern Times"

Modern times is an outstanding movie and full of laughs, I haven’t laughed this hard since stand up comedy. Charlie Chaplin does a very good job with the order of this movie as the plot comes to an end he shows his audience that they should smile more. I believe he tells them to smile because at the time it was when the great depression hit America so many family’s were falling apart because the father couldn’t support his family so he’d leave them. Many people became homeless and didn’t have a home so they’d sleep in the street. Overall I give Charlie Chaplin’s “Modern Times” a five star I like it so much I’d buy it although ive seen it already. I think Charlie Chaplin says through his movies lessons like be happy and be proud of the things you have because he too was poor growing  up but with his success he struck gold in the film industry. 

Bullying

Bullying happens all over the country will it ever stop? Honestly I think it will never stop with the new technology that’s coming up bullying is not just picking on a kid from school anymore, it has evolved to cyber bullying which can be just as bad or even worse. Bullying can start from as young as elementary to as old as college students, everywhere you look someone is being a victim of bullying. Although some people have helped out by standing up for a person when they see the action happening not all people want to get involved yet. Some schools have tried to stop it but either it has had little effect or no effect, yes schools put up posters to stop bullying but does it really help? I don’t think so schools also have no power over the internet because there are many students with profiles and such that have them private. I think if schools really want to stop bullying they should have more programs such as places were a student can go in a private room and report something with out being seen as the “Snitch”, schools can also hire more security guards around the schools so they can actually help by recognizing bullying and stopping it. Students can also stop it by letting an adult know or standing up for that kid. 

My Favorite Movie

My favorite movie has to be “The Fast and the Furious” no particular one all seven of them I absolutely love. Ever since I was a little kid my dad would take me to either the movie theater to watch them or rent them at video store. I also love all the cars that they use in the movies they use different majorities of cars from tuners to American muscle to imported cars from Japan. I also love how they have the cars customized at times they don’t customize them a lot but these cars still look beautiful. Another reason why I love these movies is because my dream car is used by the main character in the movie it’s a Nissan Skyline R34 and in the most recent one they introduced the Nissan Skyline GTR R35 which runs to a price tag of about 100,000. The Nissan Skyline has a whole family but my favorites are the R31, R32, R33, R34, R35 and as you compare all five of them you can see the resemblance from great, great grandpa to the newest member of the family.
