I have about 2 anti drugs, one of them is working on cars or
even just sitting outside and staring at cars. My other anti drug is secluding
myself from everyone, such as staying home alone and turn on the living room
stereo system and connect my phone to play my music. Usually I turn up the
volume pretty loud to the point where I can barely hear myself talk if I was
trying to talk to someone. The working on cars anti drug I hardly do that
because I only work on the cars whenever my father does and he only does it
when there is something wrong with our cars. For the most part my main anti
drug is just bumping music really loud and just wander off in my thoughts. The
music that I mostly play is music that makes me happy such as Rap and Hip Hop
occasionally I will put some alternative music really sometimes I just put Pandora
and let her take over to listen to new music when my other music gets boring.
After my session I feel relaxed, joyful and have a positive attitude getting
lost in thoughts of childhood memories and of people who have left us and
imagine the future.

An Inconvenient Truth
What really caught my eye in Al Gore’s movie were the
pictures of the planet Earth. One of the first actual photos that were taken was
from a spaceship and at that time the world really looked natural and peaceful
as if it was really healthy. Then years later they take another picture from
another vessel that had been sent into space and the Earth looked real nice but
you can tell there was humans living on it. The period of time in between the
photos was maybe 20 years but it was definitely different. At that point it
really caught my attention, I started questioning myself are we really killing
our very own and only mother nature? I found my answer and I didn’t like it
also due to the fact that because of our fault other animals like polar bears
are suffering and dying in Antarctica. The funny thing was that many T.V. shows
came into my head such as the Television series “The 100” and I really could
see humanity destroying the Earth to the point that we have to leave the planet
for many number of years then coming back later to try and start over and
reestablish our connection with mother nature.
